Change Management or Innovation??

This is a question I get asked alot and I am sure it’s also a question that you ask yourself on a regular basis. So many things in business change all the time. Customers change, markets change, economic climates change, people change, in fact, the only constant in business is change!

Change Management and Innovation are very powerful methodologies and many businesses get scared at the thoughts of commencing such processes.

However does Change Management or Innovation have to be such scary things and what should you do?
